Description
The Oren 4' x 4' Overlap Modular Custom Pent Shed has been designed for easy assembly. This shed can be customised allowing you to place the doors and windows in any position, making them suitable for any garden. Manufactured from high quality 10mm thick overlap cladding, that has a particularly large 40mm overlap in order to minimise timber movement and create a stronger, longer lasting product.
This shed comes with toughened safety glass as standard, and a Premium High Performance Felt with special polyester backing, ensuring it lasts longer and doesn't ripple or tear easily.

Tongue and groove floor and roof
Your shed floor and roof is made from 12mm thick tongue and groove timber. No budget timber such as OSB or chipboard are used!
Rustic Overlap Cladding
Your shed is made from high grade 10mm thick overlap cladding. It has an particularly large 40mm overlap in order to minimise timber movement and create a stronger, longer lasting product.
Toughened glass
Any Oren shed with windows come with toughened safety glass as standard. The toughening process improves the structural durability and thermal strength of the glass, in turn increasing its resilience and ability to withstand heat. Toughened glass is 500% more resistant to heat and shock than ordinary glass. The glass is already internally beaded so you don't have to fit the glass yourself and PVC sills complete the window units to stop water ingress and provide a stunning finish.
Galvanised ironmongery
All Oren sheds come with galvanised hinges, turn buttons and door pull so the shed lasts longer and minimises oxidisation. Galvanising is a coat with a protective layer of zinc in order to protect it from rust and other damage.
Premium High Performance Felt
The shed is complete with a high performing waterproof felt with special 'polyester' backing ensuring it lasts longer and doesn't ripple or tear easily. The felt is saturated with a protective coating called bitumen (asphalt), which repels water but still allows the product to breathe.
Advance exterior wood preservative
Advance exterior wood preservative with wax additive meaning you don’t have to re-treat your shed for a WHOLE YEAR. However, it is water based and has just the right amount of wax which means if you want to paint over in a different colour, you can.
Delivery Information
We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. Please check individual product pages for delivery lead times and services associated with each product in your order. Below is an outline of the services we offer on Oren buildings.
Standard Delivery
All our products include Free Delivery to most UK Mainland postcodes. Other areas may incur a delivery charge, this will be clarified during the checkout process. Typically areas the incur additional charges are, but not limited to, remote areas of Scotland, Isle of White & Guernsey.
We will contact you prior to delivery to agree a suitable delivery date. If you have ordered an Oren wooden base kit or additional wooden shelving, this will be packed on the same pallet between the shed panels. We despatch the sheds prior to your specified delivery date using a third-party courier, who will then deliver from your local depot.
Providing you have given a mobile number, when the item is scanned onto a delivery vehicle you may be sent a text from the courier – please note the item can be scanned onto a vehicle at any point throughout the day (it could be on a morning run or an afternoon run). While every effort is made to provide this tracking information, it is not a guaranteed service.
The shed is delivered kerbside, on a pallet – the delivery is moved with a pallet truck. Where the delivery is made is down to the delivery driver’s discretion (although they are usually very helpful). Delivery is contactless and so the driver cannot take the shed off the pallet and move it for you.
Once delivered, please check your order against the component list prior to installation.
Lead times for all standard services are stated at the top of the page and may be extended depending on location and circumstances. Upgraded services may also result in a longer lead time.
Delivery FAQ
Do I need to be home for my Delivery?
Yes, you do need to be home for your delivery unless prior agreement has been made with the manufacturer via email. We do request that the driver contacts you before arriving as well, this will be at their discretion. Our delivery drivers are NOT allowed to place your shed in your back gardens even if the gate is left open.
Will I need to help my delivery driver?
Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.
My house has a restricted access, what do I do?
Our drivers are only contracted to provide kerbside drop offs and deliveries. They will NOT bring any of our orders through your home. A driver may offer to take an order further; for instance a back garden but this is ONLY at their own discretion. Please be aware the pallet truck cannot go up or down stairs or across gravel or grass therefore, depending on access the driver will be unable to take it much further than the pavement / driveway. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering.
My Order Has Not Been Delivered, What Should I Do?
We deliver between 8am and 6pm. If your order has not been delivered when expected please click here.
Please Note: Additional items such as the plastic shed bases, security locks and shelving may be delivered separately on a different day to your main product. If you have ordered multiple products in one order then you are likely to receive multiple deliveries.
