Where Is My Order

We aim to deliver all our sheds and other products as soon as possible; some items are delivered directly from our own factory and some are delivered by third party couriers.

The delivery lead times are clearly outlined on each product page. If your item has not been delivered within this lead time then please contact us using the button below and we will look in to the delivery further for you.

How Do I Return My Item To You?

If you're not 100% happy with your new building, you can return it to us within 14 days of delivery. Please note that returned items may be subject to a restocking fee.

We do ask you to upload photos to confirm the condition of the item before we send our delivery team to collect the building.

Once we have collected the item from you then we will give you a full refund within 30 working days.

Please note that delivered items must be in the same condition that they arrived in to be eligible for a full refund. Please refer to our terms and conditions for further information.

Something Is Missing From My Order

On rare occasions and due to the complexity of our garden buildings, there can be missing parts from orders.

Please don't panic, make sure you thoroughly check your shed and refer to your manual for the part number. Make a note of the missing part number and let us know. We will send out the missing part as soon as possible free of charge.

I Have A Damaged Item What Shall I Do?

We do expect your shed to arrive intact when it leaves our factory. If however damage has occurred during transit, please don't panic. All we ask is that you thoroughly check the product and contact us straight away.

When contacting us please quote your order number and damaged part ID. You can find this ID in your product manual. We will immediately send out the damaged part. This saves you calling and we can action your request quicker.

I Want To Cancel My Order

We're always sorry to hear of any cancellations. If you want to cancel your order please contact us within 14 days of your purchase.

Free delivery is available to most UK postcodes. Postcodes that qualify for free delivery are always determined by our trusted couriers and any additional charges will be stated at the checkout. Our 'Pick A Day' service is for selected products only and will be highlighted on all qualifying products under the delivery section.

♦ Pick a day delivery is subject to availability. Postcode must match your delivery address, otherwise the delivery date may not be available. Pick a Day delivery is not available when Home installation is selected, you will be contacted by the installations team to arrange delivery and installation dates. Pick a Day delivery on orders placed through finance are also not available and are subject to credit checks, which are outside our control. In such cases you will be contacted to rearrange delivery.
