Description
The Bards 6' x 10' Charlie Custom Playhouse Including Vernada - Pre Painted will give children hours and hours of fun and entertainment. The 10' front and joinery-made windows give plenty of light. The garage doors lead to a separate section to park toy vehicles and a staircase leads to the bunk. Safety features include acrylic glass with a non-toxic plastic lead effect (where pictured), planed and rounded corners on all framing, staircases with handrails and safety rails to bunks, and doors fitted with anti-trap strips to prevent injury. All our buildings receive extensive quality checks at the point of manufacture and again at installation on-site to ensure they are as safe as possible for children. This building comes fully installed by our professional team as standard. This playhouse is available in various sizes, with veranda and painted versions of this building also available on our website.

Flooring/Bearers
Customise your building to withhold larger or heavier items if required with any of the Bards flooring upgrades seen below. Made to the highest standards for longevity and strength.
- Floor Bearers - Floor bearers are not included as standard as these may not be required for your desired base, making your threshold to your building lower to the ground.

With Bards roofing custom options you have the choice to upgrade the roofing on your garden building for increased protection against all of the elements, or for an aesthetically pleasing upgrade to your building to complement your garden.

Pre Painted
Unlike some other retailers, Bards offer a pre-painted service, saving all hassle of a DIY painting project. Your building will be factory spray painted to the highest standard in your chosen painted colour. The unpainted version of this building is available on our site.
Delivery Information
We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. Please check individual product pages for delivery lead times and services associated with each product in your order. Below is an outline of the services we offer on all Bards Garden Buildings.
Insulated Garden Room Delivery & Installation Service
For all Bards Garden Buildings orders our delivery team will contact you via telephone to arrange a suitable delivery date and confirm all the details of your order. Delivery and Installation will take place on the same day. Installs can take longer than one day and this will be communicated to you before dates are confirmed. Bards IGR's are delivered & Installed across mainland UK.
Sheds, Summer Houses & Playhouses
For all Bards Shed, Summer House & Playhouse orders our delivery team will contact you via telephone to arrange a suitable delivery date and confirm all the details of your order. Delivery and Installation will take place on the same day. Installs may take longer than one day for the largest buildings and this will be communicated to you before dates are confirmed.
Bards offer free delivery and installation (when included as standard) to all areas within a set radius of their manufacturing warehouse (GREEN). They then have set surcharges for the initial surrounding areas (YELLOW), with the furthest away areas requiring a delivery quote before purchase (RED). These areas will be identified when a postcode is entered. This map will help you see if you are in one of these areas. Please get in touch with our sales team if you require a delivery quote. At present Bards do not offer delivery on Sheds, Summer Houses & Playhouses to Scotland or any islands off the UK mainland.
Lead times for all delivery services are stated at the top of the page and may be extended depending on location and circumstances. If you are having a concrete base installed by ourselves then you will be contacted separately in order to ensure the base is installed and ready for your building to be delivered.
Delivery FAQ
Can I make amendments to my building after ordering?
Bards buildings are bespoke and made to order. Due to the various custom elements, we can only accept amendments to orders 14 working days before delivery. You may cancel any Bards order free of charge, anytime before booking delivery. After booking a delivery date, cancellation fees may be charged. Please see our t's & c's for more information.
Do I need to be home for my Delivery?
Due to the nature of these buildings and services we advise you to be present on the day to ensure the build goes according to plan. Our installers would also need access to the location of the build in order to begin construction. If you are not able to be in for any reason or wish to change your delivery date, please inform our customer service team at least 14 days before your delivery date to avoid any postponement fees.
Will I need to help my delivery driver?
Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery or installation. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.
My house has restricted access, what do I do?
Our installers will need access to the location of the build in order to begin construction. If there are any issues getting a delivery vehicle to your property or desired building location, please inform the install team before your delivery day.
Please Note: Additional items such as paint, furniture or storage units may be delivered separately on a different day to your main product. If you have ordered multiple products in one order then you are likely to receive multiple deliveries.
