Paving Products
Delivery of all KELKAY paving products is done via a standard kerbside pallet delivery service. The delivery is an all day service between the hours of 7am and 7pm (Mon-Fri). If you have provided a mobile number then you should receive delivery updates as your order progresses. If you have not received communication prior to the end of your lead time, please contact our customer service team.
Aggregate Bulk Bags
Delivery of all KELKAY bulk bags of garden aggregate is done via a standard kerbside delivery service. The delivery is an all day service between the hours of 7am and 7pm (Mon-Fri). If you have provided a mobile number then you should receive delivery updates as your order progresses. If you have not received communication prior to the end of your lead time, please contact our customer service team.
Garden Furniture & Structures
Delivery of all KELKAY Garden Furniture & Structures is done via a standard kerbside delivery service. The delivery is an all day service between the hours of 7am and 7pm (Mon-Fri). Lead times for all standard services are stated at the top of the page and may be extended depending on location and circumstances.
Please Note:Damages & Shortages - Any damages or shortages on delivery must be reported within 48 hours of receipt of delivery. For damages - photos must be supplied.
Delivery FAQ
Will I need to help my delivery driver?
Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.
My house has a restricted access, what do I do?
Our drivers are only contracted to provide kerbside drop offs and deliveries. They will NOT bring any of our orders through your home. A driver may offer to take an order further; for instance a back garden but this is ONLY at their own discretion. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering.
My Order Has Not Been Delivered, What Should I Do?
