Made from timber that has been pressure treated, this protects the timber in our products from rot & fungal decay and will keep your building looking fresher for longer! We recommend the application of an additional exterior wood stain, paint or water repellent to make the product more water resistant.

Delivery Information
We aim to deliver all products as soon as possible. Please check individual product pages for delivery lead times and services associated with each product in your order. Below is an outline of the services we offer on Rowlinson products.
Standard Delivery - Small Items
We will send you an SMS with a confirmed delivery date up to 2 working days after placing your order. If you are not happy with the date specified you can contact us to arrange a more suitable day. The delivery is an all day service between the hours of 8am and 6pm (Mon-Fri).
Standard Delivery - Larger Items
Large item deliveries for products such as log cabins have to be made on larger vehicles and therefore take longer to deliver. We will send you an SMS with a confirmed delivery date up to 2 working days after placing your order. If you are not happy with the date specified you can contact us to arrange a more suitable day. We will then send you an SMS with a two hour delivery time slot the day before your delivery date.
Lead times for all standard services are stated at the top of the page and may be extended depending on location and circumstances. Upgraded services may also result in a longer lead time.
Installation Service
Installation is available on many of our products for most UK postcodes and the lead time is normally between 14-21 working days after your order has been delivered. This is to ensure that you have fully inspected the product and are happy to proceed. In busy periods this lead-time may increase.
Delivery FAQ
Do I need to be home for my Delivery?
No, you do not need to be home for your delivery. All we ask is that you let us know via email or signed note to let us know that you will not be present for the delivery. In the note please let us know where a suitable place would be to leave the building. Our delivery drivers are NOT allowed to place your shed in your back gardens even if the gate is left open.
Will I need to help my delivery driver?
Our drivers DO NOT need your help during a delivery. They will not ask for your help and they can manage all the items themselves. We are not insured to cover any customer injuries and therefore we ask you NOT to help or try and help our drivers while they make a delivery.
My house has a restricted access, what do I do?
Our drivers are only contracted to provide kerbside drop offs and deliveries. They will NOT bring any of our orders through your home. A driver may offer to take an order further; for instance a back garden but this is ONLY at their own discretion. If you have any questions about access or you live in a restricted access zone please contact us prior to ordering.
My Order Has Not Been Delivered, What Should I Do?
We deliver between 8am and 6pm. If your order has not been delivered when expected please click here.
Please Note: Additional items such as the plastic shed bases, security locks and shelving may be delivered separately on a different day to your main product. If you have ordered multiple products in one order then you are likely to receive multiple deliveries.
